paid promotional video I reached out to Shuttle Art about there Acrylic Paint Markers and I had to test them out for myself. My two sons love drawing as well and all three of us put these markers to the test! I can honestly say we loved them. They have a duel tip (one on each end), and one marker tip is a brush. the brush makes this perfect for calligraphy or thick and thin line work. We LOVED what these markers had to offer, and it's a new favorite for us

In this video, I show video clips on my progress working on the Family Tree design for Right Carpet and Interiors in Alamosa Colorado. All designs are freehand made and made out of drywall joint compound. The Owens family had suggested a Family tree. I came up with the idea to make the leaf's the names of the family members. To begin this process, I used drywall screws and cut up Pool Noodles and screwed them into the wall. This gave me my shape for my Family Tree. I then used joint compound, plaster, easy sand joint compound (Hot mud) to make my tree. Once dried and hard, I craved the tree bark and then painted over the whole thing with Latex paint. Thank you for watching this video. Please watch part 1 to see the Logo for the store. If you're ever in the San Luis Valley, be sure to go look at this in person! https://goo.gl/maps/tDWRdMgqZcxgWYEY8
Be Sure to watch PART 2 In this video, I show video clips on my progress working on the Logo design for Right Carpet and Interiors in Alamosa Colorado. All designs are freehand made and made out of drywall joint compound. I started this process by sanding all the walls down so the joint compound would attach to the wall better. Then I began freehand draining the current store logo onto a thin sheet of Styrofoam. Once drawn, I cut out and glued the Styrofoam to the wall and began mudding over it. The joint compound I used was a variety of joint compound, fast sand (hot mud), and hobby plaster. Once the mud of was dry and hard, I sanded all the mud smooth. This took many hours since the Letters had to be straight. The mountains were just joint compound and they were shaped very easily. After all the detail work was finished, all was left was to finish by painting over everything with a latex paint. Thank you for watching this video. Please watch part 2 to see the tree that went into this store as well. If you're ever in the San Luis Valley, be sure to go look at this in person! https://goo.gl/maps/tDWRdMgqZcxgWYEY8
Casey McCoy ARTS presents, "Colorado Evening". I created a 3D mural painting out of drywall art. Once the mud was dry and cured, I was able to sculpt a wildlife scenery. In this scene, I created a Bull Elk with his family coming toward a river where other animals go to as well. The setting is in the evening so I could subliminally capture a "C" around the sun just like the Colorado flag.
In this video, I recorded the process of a commission painting for a customer. This is an acrylic painting of a 140M3 Road Grader with a custom background. This Painting is 30 1/2" x 15" #heavyequipment #roadwork #art #cat
this wall mural painting I created in 32 hours. I could not have made this painting without the help of my wife, my mom, and my Heavenly Father! im greatful for these blessings and talents and all the help that went into this project! This painting is a 15' by 8' acrylic mural. The painting is a representation of the Boces building and what they represent. They help all types of children and kids with special needs.
I had the opportunity to airbrush this mailbox with a custom design for the customer. He wanted a picture of his brother and nephew riding their dirt bikes on one side. On the other side, he wanted all of his trencher equipment because that's how this customer makes a living. I had a great time working on this, I had a deadline time crunch and it took lots of prayers and faith to make this job happen just in time for a birthday party reveal!
In this video, I show my progress from start to finish on the Monte Vista CO Swoop of the Cranes 2021! I used acrylic paint on this sheet metal Silhouettes of 2 cranes standing together, This is made of 12-gauge steel, and is about 5 feet tall and 2 feet wide from https://www.montevistachamber.org/swoop-of-the-cranes-2021"The Swoop of Cranes is a community art and city beautification project. Citizens and businesses can sponsor a 5 foot steel crane silhouette that will be changed from a steel blank to an artist's creative rendition. The completed rendition will be attached to light poles in town from March through August. Our goal: 50-60 completed cranes on display on light poles in Monte Vista's City Center. This will attract attention during summer tourism season. Generate interest and excitement in Monte Vista!" I used a spray paint clear coated Krylon spray Matte Finish/1311. I did not want any sheen on my piece since this was going to be in direct sunlight and I didn't want a reflection. I'm very grateful for my sponsor and this project. I'm grateful for my Heavenly Father with this talent he has blessed me with. And I'm grateful for every new Art project I get!
In this video, I created an antique sign for an elderly lady named Marj. Marj used to run her own business selling antique items. I was asked by her friend to create this sign and they LOVED the way this turned out. I'm very greatful for this project and I really enjoyed their reactions.
